2 bugs that i frequently have

1- i have won a match against eternatus deck, he went first and put one koffing and passed, i played lost box so i put 4 cards in the lost zone and attacked him with cramorant and won the game, when i went out to the lobby my rank didnt change

2- many times when i play and knock out a pokemon,my opponent stay frozen for the rest of the game so there is no pokemon in play and neither of us can play

Hope you fix the game as soon as possible

I also had the bug where all of our cards were frozen. I tried to concede and it didn't work either. I ended up having to force close the game.
