I've noticed when I go to my cloud island, that the Wildflowers are not registering on the work benches. I have them both in my backpack and with a storage box connected to the work bench and neither method is registering wildflowers as an active item.

Have you tried dropping the item and picking it back up?

The issue when Dartrix habitat is moved prior to Dartrix spawning, cannot get him to sit on on the perch. Am now waiting a day for a new tree to grow to see if the new Habitat and perch will work then I think I'm over it. This is such a game breaker for me and I've completed the story twice on other runs. I got my money's worth but I would have liked to played it longer. This run I was implementing some new strategies and it didn't pay off and I have no progression/ no play on that game today.

I have twice obtained a recipe via sparkling ripples only to have it vanish from my DIY recipes later. I am positive that I learned both the ceiling fan and bath time set recipes. Before I had the recipes, I had made a copy from a photo of both items in the pokemon center because I like using them. I was excited when I found the recipes, and I made a few of each right away to put in storage.
When I later went to make them again, they were gone. I checked several times, sorting by type, usage, alphabetical, and order obtained. Nothing.
The items themselves are still in storage, and I know I wouldn’t have spent a bunch of rare pokemetal to make a bunch of items when I might find a recipe before using them. So I know I had the crafting recipe.
I have seen this in other forums, and while I am sure that some people might have misremembered getting a crafting recipe, there are at least a couple people who have the same circumstances as me (had used a reference photo to make a copy of the item and then made a bunch of the items that were still in storage).

The Abandonned Powerplant can be lost and unavailable in a savefile. Other players have reported similar issues with this object in particular. There's no way as far as I can tell to complete the Pokedex without it (Zapdos missing).

The unique kits you get in Palet Town can disappear from your save file, at least the Abandonned Powerplant can. There is no way to retrieve it later on. I distinctly remember picking up the other two and I never picked up the powerplant, but it is nowhere to be found. Other players have reported similar issues with this item. Unless I'm mistaken there's no way to get Zapdos and complete the dex without it.

House built to house four Pokémon, worked fine. Accidentally removed a door, breaking the home, and replaced it which appeared to clear them all out. Asked one of them to move in, which they agreed to, and seemingly the house returned to having three of the original occupants (including the one I just re-invited) but with one space empty. Tried to invite the fourth Pokémon, who originally lived there but for some reason was not re-instated when the house was fixed, and they claimed it was full and they could not join despite the house showing 1/4 spaces free. Tried other mons but they all refused. No habitats are in the house, and it seems to now be permanently bugged to only allow 3/4 to live there, even when I remove the current residents and replace them with others. [Sparkling Skylands]

Using honey to call a Pokemon sometimes results in them being stuck beneath the ground? This happened to me with Bellosom in the side area of Withering Wasteland with the waterwheels and windmill, the little plaza before the dry pond. (I would post a screenshot but I keep getting permission problems 😥)
She did wind up coming out safely of her own accord later, somehow.3 -
Hi, I'd like to report a possible bug regarding the weather in Empty Town.
I'm wondering how rain is supposed to be triggered. Are there any specific requirements or conditions?
In my game, even after using Rain Prayer, it never rains. Is this intended behavior, or could it be a bug that prevents the rain from triggering?
