Articunos [DRI #51] ability 'Repelling Veil' does not repell attacks from Slowking [SCR #58]. In my case Slowking uses the attack 'Triforst' from Kyurem, that damages 3 of the opponents Pokémon. So this attack also has an ability which should not be able to be used, as Articunos ability prevents damage to the bench, if the Pokémons are Team Rocket Pokémons.

Articuno does not prevent damage. It prevents effects. Damage, even if done to a benched pokemon, is not an effect.
