I can't answer and I don't work for the company

My best guess is that your controller is glitchy

How would someone else turn it off?

No one in-game is turning off your controller. You probably have a glitching and/or dying controller. Have you tried charging your controller overnight every night? Or perhaps connecting it directly? Try re-pairing it in the Controllers menu?

    Good luck! 🍀

I didn't know hackers would go to such effort just to turn off someone's controllers....
