So how it works is,
There are 3 chests,
If one has nothing on the signs you can put something on the signs you want to fund, On the left and right, the middle is for really big projects, and you can donate to them, there also be a community chest where you can leave or take items

If I have to donate I will but often enough most of my materials get used up fast with projects.
