Pokemon Champions Remove Team Preview or Add a No-Preview Battle Mode

I want to talk about something that is seriously hurting the enjoyment of battles right now — the team preview system.

At the moment, every match starts with both players seeing each other's full team. While this might seem “competitive”, it actually removes a huge part of what makes Pokémon battles fun: surprise, prediction, and creativity.

Because of team preview:

• Battles feel repetitive and predictable
• Players are forced into using the same 10–20 meta Pokémon
• There is less reason to experiment with unique or personal team choices

It honestly feels like every match plays out the same way, and that kills long-term enjoyment.

I strongly suggest adding a battle mode WITHOUT team preview.

This would:

• Bring back unpredictability and excitement
• Encourage players to use a wider variety of Pokémon
• Reward smart decision-making and adaptation
• Make battles feel fresh again instead of repetitive

Right now, the game feels too “solved” before the battle even begins.

Please consider giving players the option to play without team preview. It doesn’t need to replace the current system — just adding it as an alternative mode would already make a big difference.

I believe this would greatly improve both fun and replayability.
