Can't add multiple basic steel energy in expanded

When I attempt to create a deck in the expanded format, I only have one basic steel energy card available. After I attempt to add more than one, it tells me that I don't own the other energy cards, despite having access to all 60 in the standard format, and I can't create the deck.

Does anyone else have this problem and if so, do you know how to fix it? I understand that expanded is still in beta, but I literally can't create a deck that requires any steel energy attacks.
