Here's mine for them:
Eevee: Either gender but I like female more for female Umbreon
Umbreon: Female
Flareon: I switch between calling it male and female. Just depends on the day, I guess
Jolteon: Male
Vaporeon: Female
Glaceon: Same answer as Flareon
Leafeon: Female
Espeon: Female
Sylveon: Both. I'd probably call it "him" then "her" in a single sentence

in swsh if you preordered the game you got a book full of a lot of different lore

I've never heard of those. I searched up "Pokémon SwSh lore books" and all I could find was the manga. Could you tell me what was written on the cover so I can search for it more easily?

It was like a strategy guide it also came with a poster
