It just freezes and doesnt do anything.

Hey guys I am writing this message to help you fix your product.

Your platform out of a sudden freezes when we are playing. It shows we are in but it doesnt move or it gets disconnected I am not sure cause it is frozen for no reason.

It doesnt make any sense.

I dont know what it is to blame but fix it if u want people to keep using it!
