I'd say a lot.
But they aren't always active sometimes they just watch or not at all.2 -
I feel like new people who post aren’t super frequent but I only look at the community lounge part of the forums so idk

For those that join and participate in things is very few and it becomes pretty obvious when they are one
For those that join maybe post 1 or 2 things or nothing at all is much more common
