So... anyone else having issues with Pokémon Champions?

Iv'e been trying to get into the game, but each time i attempt to something goes wrong with the server connection. For context i live in Panamá, and i am connected to the Colombia servers, the last time i tried to get on it the server was in maintenance, but the day before jt simply said:

Error, then nothing else

    I don't have that issue

    Connectivity is perfect for me!

    My issue is that when I obtain Held Item and Mega Stones, I don't actually receive them
