Move limit timer too subtle

The turn limit timer warning needs to be much more obvious both visually and with sound. It is far too easy to miss when you are looking at cards, searching your deck, and surveying the board.

Add some sound to it as well, sometimes I'll look away for some water, and the time is already over while I thought I had time still. If hearthstone and other cards game can have it then we can too.
