Rare packs bugged?

With the new mega shine releases the only way to get shinies is through the rare 6+ card pack which is stated to have a ~5% chance to occur. I have opened close to 90 packs and haven’t opened a single 6+ pack. The odds for this are roughly 1%. This seems like either my game is bugged or the drop chance is in accurate. Anyone else having this issue?

    I'm having a similar issue. I've at least opened 60 packs. 1/20 should be shiny. But nope

    I reached out and they said there is nothing that affect drop chances. I explained to them I don’t think it’s a system in the game I believe it’s a bug. They proceeded to quite frankly ignore/talk about something that doesn’t even pertain to what I said. Then I asked how many packs until they would consider it a bug? They proceeded to threaten me with a permanent ban form support if I continued to message. Is there anything else I can do? I just want to confirm my game files are working as intended :(
