Error with Mew miraculous memory & genome hacking - Sweets Relay & Sweets Overload

When I use genome hacking with my Mew ex and it uses sweets relay, and then later use sweets overload it doesn't count the time that I used Sweets relay previously. This goes the same for when I use Mew miraculous memory and use sweets relay. In acts as if I never used sweets relay unfortunately. Can this be fixed please?
