Everyone has their own problems but its not fair to use it as an excuse for bad behavior. I have my own personal problems as well as problems in the past but I don't bring them up when I am under pressure, I try to own up to my problems and try and improve myself.

Yes, and often enough they use steel beams for foundations. It is so sturdy that not even jet fuel can burn through it and that stuff gets quite hot.
