How to Counter Mega Absol

I've been running a Hop's Corviknight deck and haven't been able to figure out how to defeat Mega Absol ex (or sometimes even take a prize card). I run Neutralization Zone and tried Elgyem to slow it down, but it's difficult for me to maintain consistency and not get forced into bricking. I was wondering what strategies people use for countering Absol? I really appreciate the help!

Don't take my word for this, but I believe Battle Cage can help

I don't remember the full Mega Absol deck

I don't use pre-made decks

However, if it uses Munkidori then I think (and I could be wrong) the Battle Cage will prevent the damage

Even without Munkidori I think it might be useful

Now here are things I do know

Fennel would be good because she heals 40 damage from each of your Pokémon

This will make it hard for Absol to get you at exactly 60 health to one shot you

And if you can keep yourself away from 60 health, you can use Neutralizing Zone so that it can't use the 200 damage attack, making Absol completely useless

Another thing is that the deck relies on Tool cards to give health increases to all the Basic Pokémon

I can't think of any off the top of my head right now, but get Trainer cards that allow you to remove Tool cards from the opponent

It also uses a Stadium to get the Basics more health, so what you want are Stadiums that hurt them to replace or when they use it

A good one would be the one that adds an energy to Basic Pokémon's Retreat Cost
