I… am starting competitive SO LATE! I for a certain reason need to get to the world championships! Imma need some advice, PLEASE!

You should start by building a team of six, each Pokémon high leveled with wanted abilities and held items as well a desired attacks and stats
I can't help with EVs and IVs, but I like to think I'm good at the other things
If I'm being honest, though, I think you should wait until April
Pokémon Champions is releasing, and it's the new format for VGC
Maybe build a team when you get that so that you know what can be used and how to use it in the new format

You qualify by going to local tournaments and get points for how high you place after you get a certain amount of points Pokémon contacts you and invites you to worlds

I remember when I got in to competitive. I wanted to get into worlds too. But then I got smart and gave up lol. Its insanely difficult and you need to know strategies and memorize stats. I gave up. Im not saying you should give up too. Im saying you should realize sometimes things aren't meant for you. Im not saying this as a mean thing but as a think before you act thing.
I also think it might be too late for worlds because I think the first rounds for the tournament are over. And you have to partake in other tournaments from official events to playing at your local card store. You can still try but it will take a lot of work.
