Will Roaring Moon make its available comeback in Pokémon Winds and Waves, the video games? Why?

I knew that Roaring Moon was a very popular Pokémon in Pokémon Scarlet and Violet and TCG competitive scene. However, unfortunately, despite its popularity, it has never been available in any other Pokémon video games as any other Paradox Pokémon was, and it was featured only two cards at a time, but never on more of them, and it never debuted in the Pokémon main TV anime, not even in the Horizons main TV anime either as other several Ancient Paradox Pokémon had appeared in this anime, while none of the Future Paradox Pokémon ever appeared either, so by the way, do you think that Roaring Moon will make its own available comeback in Pokémon Winds and Waves, due to its popularity in Scarlet and Violet and TCG competitive play? Why? Please let me know, thanks.

I honestly don't think that Roaring Moon will be in the main game. Paradox Pokemon seem to be equivalent to Ultra Beasts. If I had to guess, it might be obtainable through events or some sort of post-game content similar to Dynamax adventures.
