Even though I have a team of 6 fully trained Delphox in Z-A (with 4 shinies and one non-shiny Alpha), I prefer to use normal teams with one Delphox in them, since variety is fun.
If I had to go on a journey, I think I'd take a Fennekin with me and catch whichever Pokémon I like of the ones I find. That's how I always do it in the games.
