A bunch of disasters happen(they never say what) and they put all the caught Pokemon in stasis,then the humans went to space, but the Pokèballs and machines broke and the Pokémon scattered to the whims, the only Pokémon that really rembers and cares about the humans is Prof.Tangroth, then Ditto appeared and helps Tangroth restore the destroyed land, along the way they meet Smerguru, Peekechu, Mosslax, Chen Dedent, DJ Rotom, and The Tinkmaster, along with Kyoger Raikou Volcanion. And Mewtwo
In the start of the game you find a broken lighthouse and this starts The Team Initiation Challenge, which you do across the entire game, Apon finishing the last item, Party Poppers, they will not fit in the slot, Tangroth shows you how to use them, and then the lighthouse shacks into a rocket (made by Team Rocket, but they got arested before they can use it) and it jetascends Heavenword, where it finds a Human and the picture you put in at a prier point gets ejected (mine way of Lugia, yes I got the Tidal Bell[Articuno, Zapdos and Moltres] before beating the game)
