Feedback: improve crafting system
Issue:
Since you only earn credits when receiving a card you already own this has resulted in some sets been more optimal to open than others, and is actively encouraging people to open packs of cards where they are least likely to open new cards. It actively discourages you from opening newer packs, or the packs which might contain the cards you need.
The system has been abused with sets like Celebrations been optimal to open, or spending crystals on decks like Calyrex league battle over and over.
It also does not account for the various alt arts. I might have 4x AR crobat V, and opening a regular crobat V is useless.
This isn't a fun way to collect cards.
Solution:
Implement a "trade in" feature of cards for credits using the same (or lower) credit conversion. It gives people more flexibility in deck building and is on brand for "trading" card games.
Or find a way where you the optimal route to credits isn't opening sets you have completed.
