TCG Live: I always get error 42055 when challenging a friend

It's been this way since I started playing a few months ago. I even tried using a personal hotspot, so I'm on a different network. I have Verizon FIOS and T-Mobile. Also, I can't buy anything on Pokemon.com because it thinks I'm a bot.

The TCGL error's never happened to me, and it sounds like it's a problem with device compatibility. Have you seen the TCGL website? It's crazy how strict the device requirements are! Also, on the Pokémon Center shop site, do you see CloudFlare or ReCaptcha prompts? If you have an admin, restrictions in place may cause these prompts may be blocked. If that's not the case, try taking a look at your cookies.
