Supporter cards that you can only use if you go first, working beyond your first turn. as this has happened to me several times now it needs fixing. team rocket card??????

If you're talking about Team Rocket's Proton it isn't a bug...
The card says "If you go first, you may use this card during your first turn.", this means you can indeed use it in your first turn if going first, but you can also use it in any other turn. Notice the important part "may use" not "can only use".
