When trading, friend’s wishlist appears empty - when not

Was in a trade and every time I try to look at a users wishlist it’s always empty - but if I go to their profile out side of the trade interface - they have a wishlist.

This happens when the cards they have wishlisted are non-tradeable - Promo or higher than two star rarity.

Or you don't own any of those cards.
