Code cards 2.5 ASCENDED HEROES not working

I’ve been trying to get rid of all my code cards so I’ve been redeeming a bunch and I just redeemed 100 of them but for some reason I didn’t get any packs. i’ve tried reloading the app, or play with my phone but it still doesn’t work.I haven’t had this happened to me before so I don’t know why it’s doing it. It's only ascended heroes codes from boosters and only this set. I know some people have the same issue too.
Already contacted the support many days ago and exchange to them, i thought the last maintenance could solve this, but the problem is still there.
Please help me
