Why my pokemon Couldn't evolve?

I was playing Pokemon TCG On my Phone today, & then during PVP For some reason my torching wouldn't evolve to Mega combuken, my Rare candy didn't work(I can't use it.

I've filled all the criteria to do it & yet, I can't

Making me loses...

Pls add report option to make it easier to report bugs & also fix this ine
