Some big water Pokémon are hard to play.
Big water Pokémon such as Mega Blastoise ex, Gyarados ex, and Wishiwashi ex are a bit hard to play. Maybe they are slow to deal damage from some curse.😈 Could you find a way to reduce their energy cost to make them attack faster, like Pokémon tools, abilities, or stadiums? (But sometimes I worry that it might make some water Pokémon too strong. Perhaps the right conditions are needed to limit this power.🤔)

There’s already Misty, Mantyke, Manaphy, and Jellicent to generate energy—plus Alolan Vulpix can generate energy for itself. There’s Vaporeon and Swanna to move energy amongst pokemon. Alolan Ninetales and Swampert to discard opponent’s energy.
What more do you want…?

Alolan Vulpix and Alolan Ninetales do not need that big energy. Misty and Swampert are gambling. I need something like a temporary energy or reduced energy cost mechanic for big water Pokémon such as Mega Blastoise ex, which wastes so much to start dealing good damage. Maybe I need something like trainer item: your 3-retreat cost water Pokémon costs 1 less water energy for 1 turn.
