Game freeze before I win

I am winning the game then it freeze.
And the game doesn't counting me a win?

The game freeze could be due to multiple reasons, including from your side... with the information you provided it's impossible to know what caused the freeze.
So what are they suposed to do... give you a win when you didn't won?
