Incorrect Year

The loading screen for TCG Live copyright in the top left corner of the screen says ©2023 and ©1995-2023 even though the year is 2026, displaying Mega Dragonite which just came out this very year.
Is this a mistake or bug with the game itself? I've noticed Pokemon Pocket isn't displaying the correct year either. Do the developers not notice this? Furthermore, The Pokemon Company was formed in 1998, not 1995, according to the internet. What's going on?
