You're very wrong, but glad to see it has such a devoted fan

If I'm ignoring my genuine love for Charizard, I'd say Infernape, Cinderace, Sceptile, or Meowscarada has the best lines (Blaziken and Quaquaval would be here if the Stage 1s weren't so bad)

I like the dinosaur/dragon starter lines,

Charmander line, chikorita line. And those are basically the only ones in that group
