Bugs with Wailord, Regieleki, and Lake Acuity

In a recent game, I had a Blastoise on my Bench with 110 HP left and no Energy attached. I had Lake Acuity in play, which should only reduce damage to Pokémon with W or F Energy attached.
It was targeted by Regieleki ASR, and survived with 10HP left when it should have been KO'd.
Earlier in the same game, I had 2 Wailord on my Bench and both had Pot Helmets attached. The Regieleki from EVS chose both and the damage should have been 0 (due to Ability+Helmet) but was instead 40.
