Comfey Idle bots

There have been a few comfey idle bots plaguing the rank ladder for a few weeks now and i have encountered one named
ComfeyBOT
where it idles, and does not interact with the game, attaches to someone and if it cannot attach to someone just walks in a straight line until somoene attaches to it, upon attaching all it will do is continuously use floral healing with very low amount of flowers even if the ally comfey is attached to is on full hp and nothing else as a result the game turns into a 4v5 because the comfey is not helping its team to the best of that characters ability especially with the changes to exp share
Can something be done about this
