[bug] friend list does not display ranks

All users on my friend list are displayed in Snom tier. This has been the case since mid-December. Deleting a friend seemed to refresh the cache, and suddenly the friend list displayed ranks again, but these disappeared upon app restart. This is the case on both desktop and mobile.

    Really? This doesn’t seem like an isolated issue. If multiple people are affected, should each of them submit a separate ticket? Would a higher number of tickets actually help prioritise or speed up a fix?
