PAF-009 Charmeleon Non-targetable

Played a match wherein a Charmeleon with Flare veil could not be double-tapped to be read and was not targetable with counter catcher despite other benched Pokemon being able to be targeted. The issue went away after the Charmeleon evolved.

    I don't exactly understand what you mean, but that Charmeleon (with flare veil ability) can't be damaged by damage counters while on the bench... is that the main issue or do you mean you can't even select it to place the damage counters?
