It out runs Staraptor and its Special Attack is much higher than the bird's Special Defense

I think Espeon would win

Although, Staraptor can learn U-Turn, which would be Super Effective and its Attack is better than Espeon's Defense

I could be wrong, but I don't see any moves with the advantage for Espeon's side
