Unable to set language after install.

After installing the game and running it the game asks me to pick a language. When selecting English and confirming it shows an error message that says "There was an issue loading Pokemon TCG Live. Please try again. Error: {0}"

No matter what language I select it returns the same error. Has anyone else encountered this problem?

    When i want to select a language i get a white Screen that won't disaepear.

    Ok I found a solution, I post it to possibly help other people.

      1 Click on Start

      2 Open Settings

      3 Open Network & Internet

      4 Go to Proxy

      5 Switch off auto-detect settings

    The solution above didn't work. Has anyone else experienced this problem, and found a true solution? I've installed, reinstalled, done everything I could possibhly think of. My minimim required setup is good to go. I've been trying to play the game for over a month with no luck.
