People don't get reported idle even if they give over 4 mins

    Wifi issues? Game/server kicking us out & making us reconnect/relog in? Yep, I've seen it, been a victim of it, and have had to relog in, though no fault of my own.

    How do they determine if it's accidental, intentional, or malicious? They don't. They go by length of time, not by root problem. If the person is still online and they idle and there are no server "reconnecting" issues, then yeah, they should be docked pts. But if it's a server issue THAT'S NOT OUR FAULT, and we shouldn't be docked or penalized.

    If they can tell when there's a unstable wifi connection (they actually let you know if there is an unstable connection during ranked matches and ask if you want to continue), they should be able to tell when it's a server issue too
