Opponents cornerstone ogerpon ex attacking my crustle

I am new to the forum and TCG live.
I was playing a game in which my active Pokemon was crustle. My opponents active Pokemon was Cornerstone Mask Ogerpon EX.
Crustle's ability of Mysterious Rock Inn should prevent all damage done by attacks from opponents EX Pokemon. How was the Cornerstone Mask Ogerpon EX able to damage my Crustle? Is this a bug or am I missing something?

The reason Cornerstone Mask Ogerpon ex damaged your Crustle is that its attack, Demolish, overrides your Crustle's Ability.
In other words, Crustle's Mysterious Rock Inn Ability is considered an "effect on your Active Pokémon." Ogerpon's attack explicitly states:
"This attack's damage isn't affected by Weakness or Resistance, or by any effects on your opponent's Active Pokémon."
Because the attack explicitly ignores all effects on your Active Pokémon, it bypasses your Crustle's damage immunity. This is an intended game mechanic, not a bug.
