Deluxe ex (GCC Pocket)
Hi everyone,
I’ve currently completed 100% of all the available expansions, but I’m still very far from completing Deluxe EX.
I understand that it will return and that it’s an expansion meant to help new players catch up on older cards, but it doesn’t seem fair to those like me who have been playing since day one and don’t have the opportunity to keep progressing.
For example, now that I’ve finished everything, I’ll definitely put the game on hold for a month, hoping that the next update will make me want to open it again.

The issue here isn't about Deluxe EX being fair, like you said that kind of packs are great to help more recent players…
The issue is that the game activity it's too dependent on opening new packs, when that’s done it simply gets the same repetitive stuff... to improve this new and more engaging content is needed.

Oh and there are some cards only found in the Deluxe EX packs too.... foil versions of regular cards and probably some others also. So if they don't bring it back later (from the same A series), it would be harder to complete the dex.... unless you trade or have friends willing to share.

Hmmm, I may be wrong (please correct me if so), but I was under the impression that the Deluxe EX packs for the A series, were a limited time only and that the next time they offer Deluxe EX packs as a choice to be opened, it would only consist of the current B series and upcoming B series expansion themed packs. Also that it would probably be around the time of the 2nd anniversary (is my guess).
It was mentioned that during the next Deluxe EX pack release, they would then fix the bug that currently does not register the Deluxe EX cards with their original expansion dex, thus requiring us to currently open, trade or share the cards originally obtained via the specific themed packs in order to complete the dex. Yet, regardless of where the card came from, they count towards dex missions. Hmmm....
