the yellow one, but also, always enter 4 Star Large Destortion, the 2-3 Typed ones. That’s what I do, you need 6-9+ Berries for a Net Gain, also Try to match the Starts on the berries with the stars in the destortion, this takes 6 Berries to make a 4 Star
