Bugged Side Quest 188 Start Special Scanning

I was playing Legends ZA and working my way through the postgame side quest 188 when I seem to have been soft locked from completing it. I acquired the necessary survey points to progress to the next step, but neither Corbeau nor Phillipe acknowledge that I’ve acquired enough points and I cannot progress any further. What can I do to make it past this glitch?

    Follow-up for anyone who has this issue after me: I did some general trouble shooting and found that doing another set of research tasks triggered the game to recognize I had met the requirements to advance the quest. I went into a hyperspace wild zone and did all three tasks and was prompted to return to Phillipe upon returning to the overworld.
