"Flame Patch" card doesn't work on the first Pokemon played

Hi,

I have a bug with the card "Flame patch", I don't know if I am the only one with this bug but I can't play the card on the first Pokemon that I play. I can't play the card on the evolution of the Pokemon too.

If I change the first Pokemon with the same one on my bench, I can now use the card "Flame patch" on the Pokemon.

I have done multiple videos of the bug.

I have a deck with only flame Pokemon and flame energies.

I have created a ticket to Pokemon support but the french team keep saying that I don't know how to play the card. Is there something that I don't understand and that is not written on the card ?

The energy comes from the discard pile. You can not use the card until you have discarded energy first (either through an attack that does it or from a Pokemon that had energy on it being knocked out).
