Wyndon City, Motostoke, or Hammerlocke

Picture Wyndon City lit up with colorful lights as they hold a special tournament where challengers can only use Ice-Types!

All of Motostoke would look good lit up. Bridges, shops, elevator, streets. I would love to see it.

And Hammerlocke is for the castle. Picture the outline or the castle (the same way they do for houses) and the area around it lines with lights. Beautiful.

Wyndon full of Christmas trees! Also, I think Lumiose around Halloween would be great especially with characters around. Trevor would be walking through a 24/7 jump scare, Shauna would probably dress up as one of her Pokémon, and also in X/Y one of the shows mentioned that Korrina loves to dress up in costumes so she would probably love that.
