It can change types, but it's nothing but a useless gimmick. Kecleon can change types too.

I don't know about Kecleon, but Delphox had to Terra to change type
Cinderace can naturally
Instant advantage
You can keep searching for ways Delphox or better, but it's a waste of time
Cinderace will always beat it and you'll eventuality run out of counters

Snake Dragon-Gyarados, sorry bout that one, since Gyarados looks like a Chinese Dragon, that’s what I did.
Fire Wing-That’s what I name charizard sometimes because he’s fire type and has wings
Goku but Pokemon-Lucario(and I haven’t watched Dragon Ball either😅)
