Current rates in physical Pokemon TCG Booster Packs and the Improvements needed

Right now, the current system feels much to be desired since you can get 4 commons, 3 uncommons, and 3 foils in addition to a energy card. In the current meta revolving entirely around ex and mega ex cards, having literally just one card up for the chance to be a ex card or else it's just a low-usability rare is just outright annoying and even wasteful for a booster pack.

Having a energy card included in a booster pack honestly feels wasteful too considering the existence of Elite Trainer Boxes and Trainer toolkits that already basically give out large packs of basic energies. I get that there's holo energies out there, but they only really show up in special sets, which basically renders energies in all normal sets feel like shelf warmers.

It would be better had if the rates in TCG Booster Packs were changed to this

3 Commons - with any of them having a low chance to be a holo, reverse-holo or pokeball-holo variant.

2 Uncommons - with any of them having a low chance to be a holo, reverse-holo or pokeball-holo variant.

2 Rares - with any of them having a low chance to be a holo, reverse-holo or pokeball-holo variant.

1 Guaranteed Trainer card - with any of them having a low chance to be a holo, reverse-holo or pokeball-holo variant.

3 Double Rare and above cards

Having holos, reverse-holos and pokeball-holos in the Commons/Uncommons/Rares slots would make each booster pack feel less wasteful and more rewarding. You aren't gonna have the booster pack be full of wasted cards that won't be used for anything.

In addition, having 2 guaranteed slots for Trainer cards would improve the accessibility factor for players to craft their own playable decks without needing to buy trainer toolkits or pre-built decks. This would also help to reduce the demand in second-hand card market.

Lastly, having three cards that will guarantee you a Double Rare card and above would improve things and create more accessible environment for players in trying to craft a playable deck, but also to combat the scalpers and rippers as the entire shortage of PTCG is mainly caused by rippers, resellers and scalpers seeking to obtain the more pricier cards at the expense of regular players.
