I lost my digital game card

Guys. I lost my game card for Pokémon BDSP. I haven’t played since a year or two, and I wanna come back, but I lost my virtual game card. I’m coming back because I wanna make poffins with my Pokémon, earn Pokémon contest medals for fun, and go into the grand underground to mine and make a secret base. I’m so sad, and I forgot my Nintendo password. Please help.
