I don't know how skills work in this game, I understood nothing gameplay-wise when I searched about the backgrounds, I don't know which items I have to choose from, I don't know what a proficiency is, and I'm not sure what other languages means here.

I'll help guide you through each step first is skills so you know how you rolled for your stats and i gave you the boost for your species well with these new numbers correspond to skills, saving throws, AC, inititave, and max hit points

if you are not proficient in these skills you just use the number that corresponds to what you score of a certain stat is for example if you were not proficient in history and since history is a skill that use intelligence that score would be +1 since you have a intelligence score of 13 and 13 on the graph has a +1 bonus
now we get in proficiency proficiency means you are good at something since you are a rogue there are a LOT of things you will be proficient in going back to our previous example with history lets say that you were proficient in history instead of being just +1 to all history rolls instead we add a proficiency bonus profeciency bonus is the same for all players and at certain levels increases to a higher value at level 1 it starts at +2 this means that all things that you are proficient in have a +2 modifier so going back to the history example as stated you would have a +3 modifier instead of a +1
now since you are a rogue you will gain expertise in some skills this means that you can choose a skill you are proficient in and instead of adding just the proficiency bonus you add 2x the proficiency bonus to it so in our history example you would have +5 history instead of +3
