A card to draw fossil cards

The trainer card Lisia should be able to draw fossil cards.

Fossil cards have less than 50hp and i believe it wont be that hard of a change to implement

This solves the issue of there being currently no way to consistently draw fossil cards.

Unless they add a new pokeball type card for fossils or a trainer for fossils. which could take awhile, that they could simply make it so a preexisting card can do it instead
