Maximum Belt does not work when Alakazam ex attacks from the bench

Hello.

My Alakazam ex with Maximum Belt attacked Dragapult ex from the bench and did only 120 damage.

Next turn I moved Alakazam to the active spot and then Maximum Belt worked correctly.

I think this is a bug. Please fix. Thanks.
