So this was made for @fineasmatei no ex counter ex challenge
There are many things I could see that needs improvement
I've edited it multiple times, so it may feel like it's a bit scattered because things got thrown in as I thought of them
I feel that Brock's Scouting could be useful but I had to leave it for other cards
So the idea is Neutralization Zone gets rid of ex all together
The abilities blocking ex damage helps keep ex on check until you get the Ace Spec
Colress's Tenacity helps you get it, along with the other useful stadiums
Gravity Mountain limits my opponent's high level cards's health
Artazon gets Basics quickly, like Mimikyu, that are valuable to the deck
Town Store can get much needed item cards, like Evolution to get Sylveon and Crustle and the Luxorious Cape to add to the mostly protected health of my Pokémon
Froslass and Munkidori, while a basic combo, works well with this deck with all the Pokémon having abilities
Munkidori has a constant source of power and with the lack of ex damage you can expect only the 20 from the two Froslass, 40 once you include the opponent's turn
Fennel helps keep damage low, as well, and the Cape gives you more room to take damage
Something that is a bit of a struggle is energies
They feel like they're lacking but there's nothing much I can do about it
That's why I made sure to include plenty of cards to get energies as well as the Super Rod to get lost energies back
Budew is just there to be a pain

Messed up a bit in the listing
I had 3 Crustles and Dwebbles but thought I forgot Fennel so I removed 1 of each of those from the deck to put Fennel
Found our Fennel was already in the deck and so when I edited it I went ahead and still replaced them
I added a Brock's Scouting and Iono

I try not to tag you too much, but this deck making a Dark Charizard deck surrender feels worthy of your attention
I've literally had nothing but concedes with this deck!

I am going to make one after the next set comes out did you see the Cruelege that does 220 damage but discards 4 fire energies from your hand and a suporter card called fire breather that searches you deck for 7!!! energies and puts it in your hand. And Dawn who searches for a basic stage 1 and a stage 2!!!
